Due to the increasing popularity of hunting with the SDB, it has become necessary to limit numbers of riders for all meets after the Opening Meet, and make them Compulsory Booking In Meets. For these meets, no rider may attend without having made a booking, AND PAID their cap by bank transfer. Bookings are made with the Honorary Hunt Secretary (HS) by email, Secretary@SouthDownsBloodhounds.com, AND BY NO OTHER METHOD, except for Subscribers who can book in via the WhatsApp group. These caps must be paid within 48 hours of your booking being accepted by the HS and if not paid the place is lost without notice. All formal meets have a "Booking Reference Number" which must be quoted as the bank payment reference, or the HS will not know which meet you have bookedin for, and your place may be given to someone else. No refunds for cancellations with less that 48 hours notice. Subscribers have 48 hours priority booking spaces allocated, so it would be helpful if they could let the HS know if they are definately not coming. By paying a Subscription or Cap, you are agreeing to the SDB's Terms and Conditions.
